Mr. Frydlo’s experience in the hospitality field started straight out of college. His first hotel was located in Marlborough, MA. There he started at the front desk of this 100 room all suite property. From the beginning he was eager to get an opportunity to be in sales and his first opportunity was at a Best Western which was 450 guest rooms and 64,000 sq. ft. of meeting and exhibition space. he has worked for a number of branded hotels as well as two independent boutique hotels.
In his 26 years in the industry he has been a part of many great sales teams. With an intense focus on relationship building and driving successful revenue to the property. He has been able to build strong relationships and business success in every market and industry. Some of his favorites have been the sports market in which he has been a part of community lead sales initiatives, to the entertainment market where he has been able to be a part of some wonderful trade events.
